It was incorporated in March of 1982 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Melgar De Fernamental, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the sale of the following products: corn, rice, wheat, oats, barley, and unpolished rice; dry beans; soybeans, sunflower seed, sunflower oil, Canola, Durum, flaxseed, and other inedible beans; and other farm product raw materials. In addition, the company has active interests in the operation of country or terminal grain elevators primarily for the purpose of wholesaling.
